●   The main purpose of the trailer

The mobile energy storage solar trailer is a power generation system specially designed for areas without AC energy source. The trailer can provide stable, green and safe off-grid or grid-connected AC energy source for users.

●   Key component

Trailer chassis system, photovoltaic modules, inverter, MPPT optimizer units, smart all-in-one distribution board, storage battery bank and emergency quiet diesel generator set.

●   The concept of the trailer

The electricity generated by PV modules (Individual optimizer achieve MPPT) is converted to 48VDC through a solar adapter to charge storage batteries and the inverter converts 48V DC to AC powering the load. When the PV system cannot meet the load demand, the emergency diesel generator set can be manually started as an energy source to the load, thus forming a hybrid power supply system that enables users to use it in all types of weather without interruption.

●   Each PV module generates electricity independently, and all modules work in parallel through MPPT optimizers. This photovoltaic system has high reliability and great efficiency in power generation;

●   The PV system uses trailer to realize and it has strong adaptability to environment and can be quickly unfolded or folded (starts up in 5 minutes by one person) to realize quick power generation;

●   The trailer uses 48VDC safe voltage energy storage, which makes the system safe and reliable, and it has low requirements for operators' professional qualification;

●   It uses hydraulic system to lift solar panels, with smooth lifting, fast and accurate angle adjustment;

●   Compared with diesel power generation system, the trailer operates effectively as a green photovoltaic energy storage system, and it is silent and noiseless, zero emission;

●   Compared with diesel power generation, the trailer can reduce electricity cost. The return on investment (ROI) is about 5 years (annual power generation is about 10000Kwh);

●   To meet the load demand in all types of weather conditions, 5KVA (3KVA) high-power photovoltaic energy storage is used and equipped with emergency standby quiet diesel generator to cope with unfavorable conditions for photovoltaic power generation such as on a rainy day or at night;

●   The mobile phone APP can be used to view information such as amount of power generation and operating status. It also has GPS positioning function, remote fault diagnosis and remote technical support.
